CWMF: Marta Interviews Neil Crone

Marta Machado  (14 years old) Interviews Neil Crone, film & TV actor (Little Mosque on the Prairie, Really Me)

“Interviewing Neil Crone was such an amazing opportunity. I still can’t believe I was able to get advice from an experienced actor. Although, I do admit that I was terrified of meeting Neil, it was completely worth it. Neil’s advice has definitely made me realize you don’t have to wait or find a ‘real job’ in order to follow your dreams. Just go for it! While having the conversation with Neil, I learned that you don’t have to be on famous stages or on T.V. to be considered an actor. Any experience makes you an actor. Something that really inspired me was learning about Neil’s poetry book for children called, Who Farted? It really showed me that you can do multiple things that you enjoy and have it be your career! Being a part of Connecting With My Future was such an unforgettable experience. I’d like to thank The Artistic Edge for the opportunity. Every child deserves the chance to shine and I hope this interview allows others to realize this! ” – Marta Machado (14 years old)
